A number of important factors should be considered when designing or revising a course: What to teach, the methods and strategies used to teach, and how to make certain that learning is actually taking place. Approaching these factors and asking questions such as “What content can I cut?” and “What are the most effective ways I can incorporate activities,” can lead to organized and meaningful instruction. Participants will create a list of tips and techniques that can be immediately used as they develop or revise a course.
