Reflecting upon what and how we teach can help us identify not only ways to improve our teaching but pinpoints our skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. Reflection is the core pillar of professional development and encompasses a wide variety of activities from reading the literature to networking and peer teaching. In this workshop we will discuss ways to reflect and self-assess our teaching practices and professional development with options to foster and improve those practices.
